WP Stage 3 — Wayside Performance Custom ECU Calibration
Stage 3 is the ultimate package for the stock-turbo Astra H VXR. With the exhaust breathing freely and a larger front-mount intercooler keeping intake temperatures in check, we can safely push the Z20LEH to the limit of what the standard turbo can deliver.
The OEM intercooler simply can't cope with the heat generated at higher boost levels — especially on warmer days or during sustained use on track. An uprated front-mount intercooler solves this completely and allows us to run more aggressive boost targets with confidence.
Expect figures in the region of 285–305bhp and 330–350ft/lb of torque — a substantial increase over stock and the realistic ceiling of the standard turbo setup. The car feels genuinely rapid at this level, with strong pull right through the rev range.

Every WP Stage 3 installation is carried out at our workshop by our experienced technicians and includes a before and after dyno run with a printed power graph.
Required hardware:
- Uprated front-mount intercooler
- 3" performance exhaust system (turbo-back recommended)
- Induction kit with crossover delete
- Pre-cat delete or sports cat
Advised hardware:
- Forge Motorsport recirculation valve (recommended)
