The MK7 Fiesta ST is one of the best hot hatches Ford has ever built — lightweight, sharp, and fitted with a 1.6 EcoBoost engine that responds brilliantly to a remap.
With a full recalibration of boost pressure, ignition timing, fuelling and cam timing, we extract 215–230bhp and 270–280ft/lb from the standard turbocharger.
No hardware modifications are required.
The factory 197bhp calibration is deliberately conservative, and there's a significant amount of performance locked away in the ECU.
A Stage 1 remap transforms the way the car delivers power — sharper throttle response, stronger boost through the mid-range, and a top-end pull that the stock car simply doesn't have. In a car this light, the difference is immediately obvious.

You read your stock ECU via the OBD port and send us the file, we build your custom tune and send it back, and you flash it yourself at home.
