WP Stage 2 — 230–250bhp / 270–280ft/lb
Stage 2 maximises the potential of the stock turbocharger.
With a front-mount intercooler and 3" downpipe fitted, the engine breathes significantly more efficiently — lower intake temps, less exhaust backpressure, and more headroom for us to push the factory turbo to its safe limit.
We've done more R&D on the stock turbo ST180 platform than almost anyone. Our Stage 2 software held the world record for the fastest stock turbo Fiesta ST down the quarter mile — 12.76 seconds at 104mph.
That's the level of calibration development behind every Stage 2 tune we sell.
With the hardware restrictions removed, we extract 230–250bhp and 270–280ft/lb — the absolute maximum the stock turbo can deliver reliably. The car feels significantly sharper than Stage 1, with faster spool, stronger top-end pull and a much more engaging exhaust note thanks to the 3" downpipe.
What's included: Custom dyno calibration on our in-house rolling road with before & after printout
Required hardware: 3" downpipe · Front-mount intercooler · Induction kit
Recommended: 99 RON fuel — Shell V-Power or Tesco Momentum

WPFlasher — Remote Tuning Option Can't make it to the workshop? Our WPFlasher device lets you receive your custom calibration remotely.
You read your stock ECU via the OBD port and send us the file, we build your custom tune and send it back, and you flash it yourself at home.
If you're able to take data logs, send them over and we'll refine the calibration further. Select your preferred installation method at checkout.
