WP Stage 1 — 370–380bhp / 395–415ft/lb
The MK3 Focus RS uses the same 2.3 EcoBoost found in the Mustang, but in a transverse layout driving all four wheels through Ford's GKN Twinster AWD system. It's an incredible platform from the factory — and with a Stage 1 remap it becomes the car Ford should have built in the first place.
With a full recalibration of boost pressure, ignition timing and fuelling maps, we extract 370–380bhp and 395–415ft/lb from the standard turbocharger. No hardware modifications are required.
The factory 345bhp calibration is conservative, and the 2.3 EcoBoost responds brilliantly to a remap — the gains are felt right across the rev range, with noticeably sharper throttle response, stronger mid-range torque and a harder-hitting top end.
The Twinster AWD system handles the extra power effortlessly, and the additional torque makes the car feel significantly more urgent out of corners. It gives the RS that real, visceral punch it deserves.

WPFlasher — Remote Tuning Option Can't make it to the workshop? Our WPFlasher device lets you receive your custom calibration remotely. You read your stock ECU via the OBD port and send us the file, we build your custom tune and send it back, and you flash it yourself at home. If you're able to take data logs, send them over and we'll refine the calibration further. Select your preferred installation method at checkout.
