Genuine Ford high pressure fuel pump for the 1.5 EcoBoost three-cylinder in the MK8 Fiesta ST and Puma ST. It’s the same part Ford fit at the factory, so it bolts straight in with no modifications.
The HPFP runs off the camshaft and lifts fuel from the in-tank pump up to the pressure the direct injectors need. As it wears, rail pressure starts dropping off under load. Remapped cars tend to show it sooner because the pump is being asked for more fuel.
Signs your pump could be on its way out:
- Hesitation or flat spots under boost
- Low fuel rail pressure codes such as P0087
- Engine management light or limp mode
- Rough running, misfires or stalling
Optional cam bucket
The cam bucket (cam follower) sits between the cam lobe and the pump plunger, and it wears along with the pump. A worn bucket can cause the same low pressure symptoms, and putting a new pump on an old bucket is a false economy. The pump has to come off to get to it anyway, so we’d always do both at once. Select “Pump + Cam Bucket” in the options above.
Fitment
- Ford Fiesta ST MK8 and MK8.5, 1.5 EcoBoost 200PS (2018 onwards)
- Ford Puma ST 1.5 EcoBoost 200PS (2020 onwards)
