WP Stage 1 — 335–345bhp / 340–355ft/lb
The MK4 Focus ST's 2.3 EcoBoost shares its DNA with the Focus RS and Mustang — and it responds to a remap just as well. With a full recalibration of boost pressure, ignition timing, fuelling and wastegate control, we extract 335–345bhp and 340–355ft/lb from the standard turbocharger. No hardware modifications are required.
The factory 280PS calibration is very conservative, and the 2.3 EcoBoost has significant headroom beyond what Ford deliver. A Stage 1 remap transforms the way the car drives — sharper throttle response, stronger boost through the mid-range, and a top-end pull the stock car simply doesn't have. Combined with Ford's electronic limited-slip differential, the extra power is deployed with genuine precision.
What's included: Custom dyno calibration with before & after printout

Strongly recommended: Clutch upgrade — the stock clutch is a known weak point on tuned MK4 STs and may slip under the increased torque

WPFlasher — Remote Tuning Option
Can't make it to the workshop? Our WPFlasher device lets you receive your custom calibration remotely. You read your stock ECU via the OBD port and send us the file, we build your custom tune and send it back, and you flash it yourself at home. If you're able to take data logs, send them over and we'll refine the calibration further. Select your preferred installation method at checkout.
