The 2.0 TDI in the T5 and T6 Transporter is hugely undertuned from the factory. With a full recalibration of boost pressure, injection timing, rail pressure and fuelling maps, we extract significantly more power and torque while keeping the engine well within its safe operating limits.
Single turbo models (102 / 114 / 140bhp): 180–185bhp / 290–300ft/lb
Bi-turbo models (180bhp): 210–220bhp / 340ft/lb
The difference in how these vans drive is night and day — particularly the lower-powered 102 and 114 models, which go from feeling underpowered and sluggish to genuinely pulling properly through the gears.
Motorway overtakes, loaded hill climbs and towing all become significantly less stressful. The 140 and 180 models feel like completely different vehicles.

WPFlasher — Remote Tuning Option Can't make it to the workshop? Our WPFlasher device lets you receive your custom calibration remotely.
You read your stock ECU via the OBD port and send us the file, we build your custom tune and send it back, and you flash it yourself at home.
If you're able to take data logs, send them over and we'll refine the calibration further. Select your preferred installation method at checkout.
